Transfer Students
Transfer Applicants
- Must complete 60 credit hours and obtain an Associate of Arts (AA) degree before you are eligible to transfer from a Florida State College.
- If transferring from a Florida State University or out of state institution, you must complete a minimum of 60 transferable credits.
- Application materials include a $30 application fee, transcripts, and application.
- You must complete the prerequisites listed for your program of choice prior to applying to transfer. UF counts all attempts at courses when your GPA is calculated.
- As of 2023, applicants need to apply by September 15th for Spring semester, February 15th for Summer semester, and May 1st for Fall semester.

Dietetics - Prerequisites
- CHM2045 w/Lab (or Chemistry I equivalent)
- CHM2046 w/Lab (or Chemistry II equivalent)
- BSC2010 w/Lab (or Biology I equivalent)
- BSC2011 w/Lab (or Biology II equivalent)
- MAC1147 (or MAC1114 and MAC1140) (or Trigonometry and Pre-Calculus equivalent)
- A cumulative 3.2 prerequisite GPA and minimum B grades are required. (This program is extremely competitive and the above are MINIMUMS and do not guarantee admission).
- Prerequisite GPA calculated using all attempts of courses listed (no grade forgiveness)
