      • Sign up to learn the science behind Mermaid Donuts created in the FSHN lab.
        • In this hands-on experience, students will learn the science behind donut-making while making their own donuts from scratch in the FSHN pilot kitchen. The best part: you eat what you make! So bring your appetite and sign up here!

    Food is Medicine – An Interactive Journey with UF's Dietetics Program

      • Food Science & Human Nutrition (FSHN Bldg. 475) | 9:30–11:30 AM
      • Visit the FSHN Department to engage with our Dietetics students while navigating stations set up to ask questions, discuss food pairings and preparation, taste food samples, and participate in the process of developing new skills to prepare and cook our RDN-approved choices.
