Dr. Farzad’ integrated Research and Extension program is focused on sustainable seafood production systems.
Dr. Farzad is interested in what food science and aquaculture research can bring to the sustainable food system. Seafood is considered one of the primary animal protein sources for humans. It plays a vital role in ensuring food security in the future with the growing human population and scarcity of natural resources.
