Biography

Ms. Brunnig has a full-time teaching position with her two main responsibilities being HUN2201 and HUN3403. HUN2201 Fundamentals of Nutrition is an overview of many of the fascinating aspects of how food affects our health. By introducing the basics, students see how vital food choices are to health by studying the science of nutrition. HUN3403 is Nutrition Thru the Life Cycle and is a look at how foods affect each life stage.
