Biography

Laura Acosta's teaching interests include Clinical Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition Counseling, and Fitness and Wellness.

Laura Acosta's research focuses on the effect of bioactive substances, particularly tea catechins, on cardiometabolic disease risk factors.
