Dr. Gail Kauwell - Distinguished Faculty
Our Dr. Gail Kauwell was elected Distinguished Faculty by the Florida Blue Key and was honored in the 2007 Homecoming parade.
She was also honored at a luncheon sponsored by Florida Blue Key. Each year students, past award winners and prominent university personalities select four faculty members who demonstrate exceptional achievements in both teaching and research.
Selection for this award places Dr. Gail Kauwell among the elite faculty at the University of Florida.
The Education Celebration is a UF Homecoming event that honors outstanding faculty members like Dr. Kauwell, who have been nominated by their peers.
