aGraduate tuition (projected) is based on 24 credits per year of 5000-9999 level courses ($530.83 per credit hour for in-state tuition and $1255.60 for out-of-state tuition). This charge does not include the materials and supply fee (if applicable) and any late registration or late payment fees. The application fee for applying to the UF Graduate School is $30.00. There is no additional application fee for the FSHN MS-DI program.

bOff-campus housing estimates are based on an individual’s costs for renting an apartment, including utilities. Rental costs are based on a bi-annual survey of law student housing costs (2014), with about $500 extra to account for possible increases in housing costs. The estimated annual food cost is based on costs of meals ($3,900) established by the US Department of Agriculture liberal food plan.

cThe plan is offered to UF students through United Healthcare Student Resources. This plan is designed for Domestic Students, Unsupported Graduate Students, Post Doc Students and International Students. This plan provides benefits for 80% of the Usual & Customary Charges incurred for loss due to covered Injury or Sickness (if a preferred provider is used; 70% for an out of network provider) with no overall maximum dollar limit (per insured person, per policy year). Students must use the services of Student Health Care Center (SHCC) first where treatment will be administered or a referral issued. Expenses incurred outside of the SHCC for which no prior approval or referral is obtained are excluded from coverage. Students are not required to receive a SHCC referral during medical emergencies, school breaks, when care is received more than 35 miles from campus, or when receiving obstetric/gynecological care or treatment for medical illnesses. Students do not need to purchase a policy from United Healthcare; however, they must provide proof of health insurance for the duration of their program of study. For more information, refer to this website: www.uhcsr.com

dLocal transportation costs may vary depending on internship location placements and the price of fuel.

eThe personal budget is based on the US Department of Labor’s established personal costs for one person. This includes laundry, toiletries, clothing maintenance, and minor miscellaneous expenses.

fThe price shown is an approximation for the annualized cost of purchase or lease of equipment. Prices will vary with add-ons and extra software.

gThe price includes accommodations, tuition for 3 credits (you only pay one tuition; you will not be charged by UF for the 3 credits you earn for this course), most meals, cooking lessons with experienced French chefs, field trips and tours, all in country transportation, emergency medical assistance and international health insurance. Airfare is not included.

hSome supervised practice rotations may require students to undergo drug testing, a medical examination, additional immunizations, training courses, and/or an additional background check. The cost of these varies and must be covered by the student.
