Food Science Minor

The Food Science and Human Nutrition Department offers a minor specializing in Food Science. A Minimum of 15 credit hours is required. The Food Science minor is open to all students at the University of Florida. For those students with little science background, the suggested courses listed below have minimal prerequisites. Choose at least 15 credits from the following suggested or optional courses, but not that the optional courses are more suitable for those students with an extensive science background.
