University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) Extension Workshops deliver educational material to the Florida produce industry. Participants, including fruit and vegetable growers, receive beneficial supplies listed below to learn about good agricultural practices (GAPs) and develop a food safety program.
